Agnes E. Weber, PE, CCM

Agnes Weber has 39 years of experience in the civil engineering field with emphasis in construction management of roadway, highway, bridge, and water facilities. Agnes began her career in San Diego for the California Department of Transportation. Over the past 28 years, she has served in the private sector starting with Vali Cooper & Associates, Inc. where she held a myriad of positions ranging from Contract Manager, Chief Operations Officer, President, to Chief Strategy Officer and including Secretary of the Board.

She is currently working for Gannett Fleming Inc. as a Senior Consultant supporting the Construction Services West Division. Agnes earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University in 1985. She is a registered civil engineer in California, Colorado, Nevada, and Texas and is a Construction Management of America Association Certified Construction Manager. Agnes is currently serving as a Governor on the American Society of Civil Engineering Construction Institute National Board of Governors. She is also an active member of the CMAA having served on local and national boards.

Rodney Mccoy, PE

Rodney McCoy has been the Central Division Schedule Manager for Flatiron Construction for almost 7 years. He has over Twenty-Five years of experience in Civil Engineering Design, Construction, and Project Controls. Rodney specializes in CPM Scheduling and is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules. He also trains other employees on scheduling processes, procedures, means and methods.

Rodney is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. He has served for 15 years on the NCEES’ examination development committee. Rodney is inspired daily by his wife and their three teenage children.

Nils Gransberg, Ph.D.

Dr. Nils Gransberg is a member of Gransberg & Associates, Inc., a project management consulting firm specializing in the engineering and construction industry as a consultant for Federal, state, and private owners providing cost estimating services (conceptual, parametric, top-down, bottom-up), claims support, as well as capital program development, stochastic project cost modeling, project risk management and modeling, quality management, procurement support services, and training. Dr. Gransberg teaches BIM/VDC and heavy civil construction project management courses at the University of Oklahoma.

He teaches Construction Engineering professional development courses in Construction Administration, Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Design-Build Project Delivery, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Negotiation Skills, and more for the American Society of Civil Engineers. Prior to joining G&A, he worked as a project manager for the University Oklahoma’s capital projects group managing CM-at-Risk, Design-Build, and ID/IQ contracts to develop and deliver building, utility, airfield, and road projects on the OU campus. Dr. Gransberg served 14 years in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, retiring at the rank of captain. Highlights of his military service include the design, management, and oversight of a $450 million transportation infrastructure construction program in Kandahar, Afghanistan including the design and construction of Route Hyena, a 22km long two-lane highway in Panjwa'i District.
